I'm taking a break from a huge commission to upload a quick pencil sketch I did a long time ago for `GH-MoNGo.
There's a lot of MALE dwarf drawings in the world, but not a lot of FEMALE dwarf drawings -- or maybe there is but we just dont know it, as some people believe female dwarves also have beards. If that's true, then I guess unless they've got a great chest like my gal here, it would be hard to tell them apart from the males.
Well, even if they do have beards then I guess this maiden has shaved hers in preparation for battle. 
Anyhoo, this is just a rough sketch with pencil on copy paper, as I was trying to get a basic idea for a real drawing or watercolor but I just haven't had time to re-draw it and complete it yet so I thought I'd upload this preliminary sketch so Darrenn wont think I've forgotten him completely ^__~
Since I don't often draw dwarves out of my imagination and there's very little female dwarf shield maiden stock photography to be found
I based my drawing on this tiny internet photo of an rpg statue called "Freja, the Dwarf Shield Maiden". [link]
