As a graphic designer, I have a base fee for most projects and a typical hourly rate, but some jobs can be challenging to price. This little 5-question "what should I charge" generator might be just the thing to help you think about your projects and how to price them.

For the first time in years I'm writing a positive January journal. FINALLY.
Only one day in to the new year and I am tickled to announce this is going to be a good year, especially artistically. It depends on the workload of your paid project. If it is a simple task, based on your opinion and experience, an one-off fee would be sufficient.
I was fortunate enough to get a paid gig this month, and I did that, and ended up doubling the pay because there was a lot more work in that project then I predicted. At least the client understood this completely.
